Saturday July 8th - Syble Hopp School Golf Outing!  

While it may be raining outside the Parent Org. Hopp Golf Outing Planning Committee has been busy planning for this year's event on Sat. July 8th at Hilly Haven Golf Course in East DePere on Hwy PP (about 6 miles from the DePere bridge).

How can you help make the 24th annual outing another success?
  • Donate a raffle prize for the golf outing, contact your employer to see if they would like to donate
  • Round up some friends, neighbors and family and golf
  • Share the golfer information when it comes out via email and facebook
  • Sell raffle tickets
  • Make a cash donation and we will shop for a raffle prize, offset expenses, etc.
  • Volunteer-volunteers are crucial. Again this year, if yourself, friends, family, Hopp staff, volunteer $50 will be donated to the volunteers choice of classroom for teachers to spend on their students!
  • Consider donating a food item or cash when the Food SignUp Genius comes out. Thanks to Sara Wendricks for volunteering to chair the food and Lynn Meshke for helping guide her and her past help. Hilly Haven Golf Course allows us to bring food in for the event. 
  • Interested in playing a more active role in the outing this year. Consider being on the planning committee.

We have secured this unique Brett Favre autographed framed jersey with NFL Hall of Fame patch, his stats, his replica Super Bowl ring. It is a beautiful piece to hang at your home or place of business. Only 250 tickets will be sold.  Photos are attached. Details for this raffle will be coming home soon. Dash For A Splash is scheduled for September 9, 2017 
Mark your calendars for this fun school event.  This is a fun 5K run/walk.  Bring your family, friends and neighbors for a 3.1 mile loop around the school neighborhood.  Prizes and refreshments after the race.  Stay tuned for a registration form and more information.


Jeremy and His Dogs Visit SHS on May 3rd
Jeremy's furry friends, Taylor, Allie and Spry, did a wonderful job showing students how they have learned to have patience and wait their turn and when they learn to wait, they get rewarded.  Jeremy's dog Taylor also demonstrated how it is important to never give up. Preston and Devon hid antlers for Taylor to find find find through a maze of students. After Taylor, Allie and Spry did their work they received lots of attention from students.
